We stand behind our product and want to continue providing exceptional customer service. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we do not do any exchanges, refunds, or returns. We are not able to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If there was an error in your online order you have 7 days from the day you received your purchase to contact 24 Karat Body & Bath Essentials regarding your order’s error. Any missing items cannot be replaced and or credited after the 7 days have expired. Proof of purchase is required for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. 24karatbbe.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Solid Moisturizers) and as such will not be replaced.
