Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not do any exchanges, refunds, or returns. We are not able to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

Missing Items

If there was an error in your online order you have 30 days from the day you received your purchase to contact 24 Karat Body & Bath Essentials regarding your order’s error. Any missing items cannot be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired. Proof of purchase is required for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. 24karatbbe.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Solid Moisturizers) and as such will not be replaced.
